The Brands tab is where you will create, modify and download your backup software installers.
The first time you enter the Web Console you will be automatically directed to the backup client build form under the Your Brands tab, this is where you will create your first backup client that will connect to the storage backend you specified when registering an account, this will be either a Windows Backup Server, Amazon S3 or Google Cloud storage.
Please make sure you have set up your backend storage location before proceeding (Follow the orange guide button if not), then come back and build your clients installer.
It generally takes around three minutes for the information to be processed the backup client will be generated in the background. When the process is completed you will see a successful build dialog.
You can have as many brands as you like. Feel free to create custom brands for your own customers. We reserve each brand name for you once it is created. No one else on our platform is allowed to build a brand with the same name as yours. You are not billed based on the number of brands, but instead on the number of unique client-side computers connecting each month.
When you are ready to build additional branded backup clients. Select where you want to store the backup data. (Windows Backup Server, Amazon S3 or Google Cloud).
Fill out the white label backup client build form for the specified hosted backup location. Please note if you have not already configured your backup location please follow the setup guide (linked at the top) before proceeding.
Clicking on "Edit", allows you to make adjustments and changes to your backup client software installer. The clients' build form will be presented including all of the current settings for that brand. You can simply make changes or extend functionality and then click the "Build Installer" button at the bottom of the form.
